PSS toolboxes for MATLAB are libraries of functions and scripts. In order to use the toolbox, you just need to set the MATLAB paths to include it. You can place the toolbox anywhere on your computer. You can use MATLAB's own path setting utility, easy to access by right-clicking from the Current Folder window, or use our PSSSetPaths utility. This utility will set the path to include all folders and subfolders from the location of the function. It will provide an option to save the updated path.
>> PSSSetPaths
The figure below shows how right-clicking on a folder in the MATLAB Current Folder window will bring up path options in the popup dialog. You can add and remove folders from the path, optionally including subfolders. In order to save the new path, type "savepath" at the command line.
Alternatively, you can use the "Set Path" button on the toolbar to bring up MATLABs path dialog. From here, you can add to or remove from the path, save or revert the path, and also adjust the path order, moving folders up and down. Folders are searched in the order they appear.
